Richard Evans

Richard was born and raised in Washington, D.C. where he began his adult working life teaching history and geography. In 1975, he and his family “got lucky” when they moved to the coastal area of North Carolina. There, he started his own business, “Poor Richard’s,” selling paint.  He has also been a contractor, theatrical producer, director, actor, writer and illustrator.
